Wellness Policy

The health and safety of your children and our staff is a priority.

We require a copy of each child’s immunization record and a completed NH Health Assessment prior to enrollment. This information must be updated annually.

We follow universal precautions. We promote important health practices such as hand washing, and clean and disinfect throughout the day and each evening.

We work closely with the NH Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) to monitor the newest information about Covid 19, RSV, Flu and other contagious diseases.

Children should be kept home or will be sent home for the following:

  • Fever of 101 degrees
  • Recurrent Cough
  • Difficulty Breathing
  • Runny nose that is not previously documented* (unexplained) or that requires care that compromises the care of other children.
  • Vomiting
  • Diarrhea that cannot be explained and/or contained
  • Open mouth sores with oozing or drooling
  • Unexplained rash
  • Communicable Disease such as strep throat

*Please provide documentation from your child’s physician if your child has an allergy or other condition that could result in a runny nose.

We kindly ask that if your child is experiencing symptoms that require exclusion to our program that you inform us if you choose to have your child (or anyone in the home) tested for any contagious illness and the results that follow.

Please help us in our efforts to lessen the spread of germs by continually wiping down/washing backpacks and lunch boxes.

Absences remain subject to standard enrollment fees.

Thank you for partnering with us to ensure that we can provide a nurturing, educational experience for your child/children with particular attention to health and safety.
